Troubleshooting & Common Issues

Q: I don’t hear the sound when Discreet Mode is activated.
A: Make sure your device is not muted and that sound permissions are enabled. You can test your selected sound in Settings.

Q: How do I change my hourly wage?
A: Tap the displayed wage on the home screen to enter your hourly or annual pay.

Q: I purchased Soft Club but ads are still showing.
A: Try restarting Soft Earnings. If the issue continues, please contact us.
